Purchasing a firearm from armamart.com IS perfectly LEGAL!

 Add firearms to your shopping cart or wish list just as you would add any other item. Once purchased, firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License holder (Local Gunstore, Pawn Shop, etc.) See the FAQ's for more details concerning the purchase of a firearm.

Anyone that can legally purchase a firearm from his/her local gunstore, can also purchase a firearm from this website. The firearm(s) of your choice can be added to your shopping cart and paid for just like any other items on this site. However, because a federal background check is required for final acquisition, firearms can not be shipped like other items. This means that all firearm purchases must be shipped to a federally licensed firearms dealer (usually a local gunstore) for the buyer to pick up his/her firearms(s).

More information regarding the purchase of a firearm

All firearm retailers and some pawn brokers have a federal firearms license and can ship/receive firearms as well as conduct the federal background check. FFL (Federal Firearms License) holders will run a background check on the buyer when he/she intends to pick up the firearm(s). Your firearm will not ship until we are provided with a signed copy of the FFL holder's license and shipping address. When purchasing it is important to note that there is a strict no returns/no refunds policy regarding firearms, so do not purchase if you have committed a criminal offense that would prevent you from passing a federal background check.
