Policy Details

Thank you in advance for making a purchase from us and we apologize if you are not completely satisfied with your order or items. You may return most items within 15 days of receipt to receive a refund, credit, or replacement. 

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Ammunition
  • Batteries
  • Boresighting Tools
  • Firearms
  • Gunsmithing Items
  • Night Vision
  • Optics
  • Products Warranted by Manufacturer
  • Specified Sale/Closeout Items

Armamart’s distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers are constantly updating product specifications and pricing. Which in turn, we must then update our inventory details and pricing frequently. Prices change daily and some products sell out quickly so we reserve the right to limit quantities. All orders and returns are subject to review and cancellation before shipment. We reserve the right not to honor typographical errors.
Product Return Acceptance Provisions:
  • If product is damaged/defective upon receipt or not as advertised you may return it to us for a refund or replacement within 10 days of receiving your order. Return claims can be by email at returnsdept@armamart.com
  • Unless products are defective or we have made a shipping error, then we may deduct up to $20.00 or a 25% fee from your merchandise refund to cover costs incurred from shipping, re-stocking, or re-listing. All products are subject to a 3% restocking fee if credit/refund is issued to credit or debit card.
  • The re-stocking fee will be charged if items are not returned in 100% resalable condition with all original components and/or specified paperwork
  • The buyer is expected to cover shipping/handling charges for the return of non-defective items
  • Credit will be issued for the purchased value of non-defective items less a 10% re-stocking fee
  • All items that are specified as non-returnable will not be accepted for return unless a shipping error has been made
  • We can help arrange warranty or service repair through manufacturers that provide a warranty. We do not honor returns for defective/damaged items that are warranted by the manufacturer. All Armamart merchandise is inspected upon arrival and again before shipment to customer
Follow These Steps to Return an Item:


1. Email your claim to returnsdept@armamart.com. Be sure to include the following information in your email:

-  An order confirmation number that is printed on your packing list that was shipped with your item(s)

-  The item number or brief description of the item to be returned

-  The reason or explanation for your return

-  A preferred email address or phone number that we can reach you at in order to complete the return in a timely fashion

2. We will then contact you to either get more details regarding the return or to arrange for the return of your merchandise. Depending on the nature of your return, we may send you a call tag to cover the cost of shipping or you may be asked to cover the cost of shipping.

3. Pack up the products to be returned into the original box that your items were shipped in or into a box of your choice. Please include in the box a copy of the packing list that was sent with your item(s) and any other paperwork or information that was specified by the return department sales rep. Please note that if items are returned with missing components or paperwork then the refund is subject to a re-stocking fee.

4. Drop your parcel off at the specified shipping location or depot. Feel free to contact us if you need help locating your nearest shipping drop off location.
